This 1 year young double story house is perfectly designed to make your getaway the most memorable ever, the house has a large balcony overlooking the Bay and a large back decking on the ground floor to host your family and friends BBQ's. Kids safe, fully fenced with electric gate and huge driveway enough for 10 plus cars. The house comprises of 2 large living spaces, split over 2 levels with large flat screen TVs complemented with free WIFI, Netflix and PS4 to entertain all. With 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on each level plus an extra powder room and a kitchenette on the ground floor, the house is designed to accommodate 2 large families and more. Enjoy the large backyard swing and the outdoor hot and cold water shower after a long day at the beach. With fully equipped kitchen and laundry. This house will satisfy all.

Please be aware that this is a holiday beach house, It is acceptable to see some sand and some cobwebs in and around the houses in this area as this is normal for the Mornington Peninsula area. Also being across the road from the beach, and the house being occasionally occupied by guests, the windows will occasionally have some sea spray and cobwebs on them.

You will be required to fill in a rental application form and provide a copy of your photo Id to finalize your booking.

Located directly across the road from the stunning Tootgarook Bay Beach, this luxurious home will instantly impress capturing bay views from the sun balcony with outdoor lounge suite and BBQ facilities. Furthermore, boasting ample entertainment and/or relaxation for all ages including a tree swing, complimentary WIFI, large smart TVs (located in 2 separate living areas) with DVD Player, Play Station 4, PS Games and blue tooth sound bar.
The fully equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven and cook top, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker fridge/freezer.
Indoor dining for 8 and a fabulous outdoor alfresco dining for 8 provides the perfect environment to enjoy memorable times with friends and family. Alternatively, escape from the crowd and enter the separate lounge area fit for a good movie or book and glass of wine.
