The apartment is well positioned for a perfect beach holiday in the heart of the Mount action. Cross Marine Parade and you are directly opposite Rabbit Island on one of the best surf beaches in New Zealand.

Easy walking distance to downtown Mount shops and restaurants/cafes. The Hot Pools and base track for the Mount are a short walk along the beachfront boardwalk.

The space
This apartment is on the ground floor with outdoor living. The tinted glass windows give privacy while you are inside the apartment or open the expansive doors and enjoy soaking up the Mount vibe.

At the front of the apartment there is a lovely spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining. This area opens directly onto the outdoor living/dining area facing Marine Parade. Down the hallway are three bedrooms one with a Queen bed, and one with 2 Singles. Both these bedrooms also open onto the outdoor living at the side of the property. The third bedroom has a King bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a spa bath. The fully tiled main bathroom includes a laundry area with washer and dryer. Beds are made up with crisp fresh linen and fluffy towels are provided for each guest.

The apartment is well equipped with appliances, TV and Internet. Everything is there you just need to bring your beach towels.
