Positioned directly across from the ocean beach, Marine Magic is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Mt Maunganui holiday apartment. This sunny apartment is within walking distance from the shops, cafes, and restaurants!
The Space:
This 3-storey Mt Maunganui holiday apartment comfortably sleeps 5 and includes open plan living, with gorgeous ocean beach views - kick back and admire the beach scenes from indoors, or unwind on the deck for stellar summer BBQs on the top floor.
Bedroom 1 is located downstairs off the garage with a single bed that opens on to a fully-walled courtyard with the first full bathroom next door. Located on the first floor are bedrooms 2 and 3 at this Mt Maunganui accommodation, both with queen beds opening onto their own balconies with stunning views to the beach. The second full bathroom is between room 2 and 3. The forth bed is a double sofa that is located in the TV room. (Please note there is no seperate TV area and this room does not have a door for privacy and is a sofa bed).
This brilliant location is ideal for days at the beach, with access to the sand and surf right across the road, or head to Pilot Bay for strolls along the harbour just a 10 minute walk away. Plus, an excellent selection of cafes, bars, and restaurants are all within a 10 -15 minute walk away...

Please note the cleaning fee includes:
- Pre and post stay clean.
- Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.
- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.
- Rubbish & recycling removal.
**Minimum Nights**
2 night minimum year-round
3 night minimum for all long weekends
4 night minimum Easter weekend
5 night minimum December 22nd-Jan 4th
Cancellations on ANY THIRD PARTY SITE that is not Airbnb will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
