Welcome to our light, modern, comfortable home with an outdoor seating area and fully fenced backyard. All the modern conveniences are here and such a great location to both beaches - surf and harbour, shops, golf courses, hot pools, cafes and restaurants. This is the perfect location for a family holiday - summer or escaping winter.
The beautiful sandy beach of Mount Maunganui is a 5 minute stroll away. Check out the famous surf, enjoy a relaxing beach walk, walk around and/or up the Mount (Mauao) or explore the shops, cafes and bars.
The sports ground "Blake Park" is located at the end of the street, so very close if you have sports events in the area. So, our beach house is waiting for you to make memories at.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and well equipped, and the location was excellent. It was very kid-friendly, which made our stay even better. We loved the short strolls to the beach and how complete the house was, everything we needed was there. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout our stay. We would happily return!

We loved our stay at the Tay St Beach House. It is close to the beach, and walking distance to the Mount for shopping and restaurants. We loved the Alpino restaurant. The home is very comfortable, great kitchen, excellent beds and all the amenities that we desire. Helen is a great host. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Perfect place for our stay

If you are looking for a property that is homely and comfortable with great communications from the owner and plenty lots of the convenience of home items, this is the perfect place. We felt super comfortable here and slept well in quiet location with comfy beds.

There are so many beautiful walks and the views around the Mount and Pilot Bay are just gorgeous. Being close to shops and restaurants is an added attraction.
