Welcome to our light, modern, comfortable home with an outdoor seating area and fully fenced backyard. All the modern conveniences are here and such a great location to both beaches - surf and harbour, shops, golf courses, hot pools, cafes and restaurants. This is the perfect location for a family holiday - summer or escaping winter.
The beautiful sandy beach of Mount Maunganui is a 5 minute stroll away. Check out the famous surf, enjoy a relaxing beach walk, walk around and/or up the Mount (Mauao) or explore the shops, cafes and bars.
The sports ground "Blake Park" is located at the end of the street, so very close if you have sports events in the area. So, our beach house is waiting for you to make memories at.

The house is functional, comfortable, warm, quiet and perfect for our family of four. We stayed for 19 nights while renovating our house. Everything was great - the property; and communication with & flexibility of the host. It’s a great location too.

Perfect place for our stay

We enjoyed our stay here while working in Tauranga, the hosts are very easy to deal with and communicate very well. Would highly recommend staying here in the future.

Helen and Bryan were very welcoming and their property is immaculately presented. Everything was clean and in really good condition, with some great little touches such as beach gear (and a wagon to transport it!), plus a bar of “check-in chocolate”. This is truly a great spot for a family stay close to the lovely Mount Maunganui beach.

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and well equipped, and the location was excellent. It was very kid-friendly, which made our stay even better. We loved the short strolls to the beach and how complete the house was, everything we needed was there. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout our stay. We would happily return!

Family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Helens place, it was well equiped and very clean. The location was perfect for us we would definitely like to come again and highly recommend.

A great weekend away

Absolute gem of a place! The house was everything we needed for a family catch up. The personal touches and the awesome communication all weekend was fantastic. Recommend 100% to anyone wanting space close to the beach
