This updated upper apartment is your perfect hideaway. Whether you're a solo traveller, a couple, or a working professional seeking a cozy retreat, we've got you covered.

This 525 sq ft haven is exclusively for adults, whether you're here to explore or work remotely. We've thought of everything to ensure your stay is exceptional. Expect an equipped kitchen, 1 comfy double bed, living area, and a small dining room that doubles as a workspace. Plus, a cozy sofa can be used as a small second bed if needed. There is 1 small narrow bathroom with soaking tub, shower, toilet, sink.

We even provide trekking poles so you can explore the Lakeside Park.

Perfect location, close to everything perfect for walking adventures. Great space and has everything you need. Host was quick in responding to any questions. It was super clean and enjoyed my stay, I would stay again.

A great summer town

This was the perfect location for my spouse and I to enjoy the Chrysler Greenway Trail, Kingsville and it's amazing parks and shops.

This property was just what we needed for the weekend. It was extremely well kept and more spacious than anticipated, which was a great surprise. The space had everything we needed to make this a successful time in Kingsville. The location was perfect to walk to coffee, lunch, or dinner. Overall we loved it!

Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I spent a relaxing weekend at Tina's downtown apartment. It was very clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay - and so many nice touches. Tina was incredibly responsive to our questions about the area. The apartment is walking distance to everything you need - coffee, services, boutiques, the water. Totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

The apartment was beautiful and newly remodeled. The bathroom is not really conducive to a large person. It wasn’t a problem for my husband and I, but I could see where it could be a problem for larger people. Due to no elevator, the stairs could be an issue for someone trying to carry their heavy luggage up but I knew this before I booked. Tina, the host was very prompt in answering questions etc.

I chose Kingsville because it's my town and one of those rare places that offers the perfect balance of small-town charm and a slower pace. From award-winning wineries nearby, and boutique shopping right at your doorstep, plus our incredible local restaurants, and nearby parks and beaches, there's something here for every kind of traveler. It's a community that encourages you to slow down, explore, and truly enjoy your time away. I wanted to create an executive space where guests could experience everything that makes Kingsville so special while having a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.
