This 525 sq ft haven is exclusively for adults, whether you're here to explore or work remotely. We've thought of everything to ensure your stay is exceptional. Expect an equipped kitchen, comfy double bed, living area, and a small dining room that doubles as a workspace. Plus, a cozy sofa can be used as a small second bed if needed.

Perfect location, close to everything perfect for walking adventures. Great space and has everything you need. Host was quick in responding to any questions. It was super clean and enjoyed my stay, I would stay again.

This property was just what we needed for the weekend. It was extremely well kept and more spacious than anticipated, which was a great surprise. The space had everything we needed to make this a successful time in Kingsville. The location was perfect to walk to coffee, lunch, or dinner. Overall we loved it!

A great summer town

This was the perfect location for my spouse and I to enjoy the Chrysler Greenway Trail, Kingsville and it's amazing parks and shops.

The property was easy to find, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable! The location was perfect with easy access to Kingsville's wonderful center.

The apartment was beautiful and newly remodeled. The bathroom is not really conducive to a large person. It wasn’t a problem for my husband and I, but I could see where it could be a problem for larger people. Due to no elevator, the stairs could be an issue for someone trying to carry their heavy luggage up but I knew this before I booked. Tina, the host was very prompt in answering questions etc.

Weekend Getaway

My daughter and I spent a relaxing weekend at Tina's downtown apartment. It was very clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay - and so many nice touches. Tina was incredibly responsive to our questions about the area. The apartment is walking distance to everything you need - coffee, services, boutiques, the water. Totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Super propre et l’hôtesse est très accueillante. Très fonctionnel et directement au centre-ville, mais facile de stationner. Un peu bruyant le soir/nuit car la rue principale est en face (peu isolé), mais super place.

I live in this charming small town and we are so lucky to have the most welcoming locals at our restaurants, small businesses, national parks, vineyards and distilleries. There is so much to do here and I'm happy to share my top pics with you!

この宿泊施設の特徴

It's downtown location, cozy updated suite and soaking tub is what our guests love! Walk outside and you're in the heart of the town close to so many great places in walking distance. In under 5 min you can walk to the park, ferry terminal, some wineries and distilleries, downtown restaurants and shops. This building was built in 1908 and the upper apartment was just recently renovated. You will have the whole apartment to your self which features 5 rooms in 525 sq ft. You will have to walk up 20 steps to get to the floor. There is only one floor with 2 apartments only. One residential tenant at 18A and your unit at 16A. There is a shared foyer. I have offered self-check in however happy to greet our guests if you prefer. I hope you reach out and stay at the Humble Hub!
