This 1 bedroom plus open loft, 2 bathroom upstairs unit is located centrally in a quiet forest setting. It is a short walk to the Old Mammoth downtown where there is shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater and the bowling alley. Convenient access to two shuttle lines where the free bus can take you anywhere throughout town. The community offers a quiet wooded neighborhood, with great complex amenities including an outdoor pool (Summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, tennis court (Summer only) and public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. The unit itself provides a cozy mountain retreat where you can enjoy a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom on the main level offers a Queen bed and access to a jack-and-jill full bathroom with tub-shower combo. The loft area is a kids dream with Twin over double bunk beds, and an additional Queen bed. Access to a full bathroom with tub-shower combo from the loft. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and bar stool seating. The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa to all cozy up together and either enjoy the fireplace, or catch a game or movie on the large flatscreen Smart TV. There is a small private deck off the living room. This unit is very close to the common area amenities within the complex. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are permitted. There are approx. 15 stairs to this upper level unit and 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BAD. The jacuzzi was not working, the parking was supposed to be fix in one day and it only ruined some of our shoes. They did the walkway to the stairs so we had no choice but to step on the black stuff. No iron like most of the other places that we stayed before. Some of the people staying at the property were smoking mariguana making it hard to open windows for fresh air. If we damage the property we paid, but if some of our shoes got damage then who pays. I have been reserving with you for three years but I am having doubts for next years.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and our adopted son liked this condo because it had a bathroom in the loft and if my son could have found a friend to come, there was a bed for that friend. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, mugs, etc. but so small, only one of us could be in it at a time. I hadn't noticed no dining table, but the TV trays worked for us. Parking was easy and available, and cleared of snow.

Weekend Ski Trip

The location of the property was convenient to transportation to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding for the day. The basic amenities were also available at the place. When we arrived however we found that the heater for the living area and the loft was out of order for our first night.

Good spot for a small group

This place worked great for 5 of us for a short ski weekend. Would be tight if you filled all the beds with adults, but if some are kids it will be fine. My friends noted that both queen beds had particularly firm (but still decent quality) mattresses.

The only issue we had was with the lock on the front door. It spun around and around and was difficult to use.
