The home is situated just a short walk, about 10 minutes or less, from Marina Palmira and La Paz Bay, and just about 4 km | 2.5 mi from the Malecón! You can find loads of water sports activities like kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing/catamaran/boat, whale-watching tours, and more being so close to the water!

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 15.5 km | 10 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 196 km | 122 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).



Many guests often rent a car as it’s easier to get around. But you can also grab a taxi to get around town, to the Malecón, the beaches or downtown.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).



The TVs in the unit are flat-screen TVs with streaming services. Please note that cable channels are not available.



Guests must climb stairs to get to the upper levels.



Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.



The pool can be heated for an extra fee. Please note: It takes up to 4 hours for the pool to be heated.



Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.



We remind you that damaged items such as towels, sheets, blankets, armchairs, walls, and/or stained furniture will be charged at the time of checkout.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.



HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- No pets are allowed.

- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.

- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.



Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.



As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have exclusive access and privacy to the home during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.

Amazing Weekend in Paradise

A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon.

La Paz Getaway

This was such an amazing property and the management was excellent! The check-in was smooth, and the house was ready for us. We went as a family group with kids ages 6-11 and they loved every corner of this house. The pool and view was perfect! All amenities to the house were as described and the house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the appliances worked like new. We are so happy we got to spend our vacation at this beautiful home and we are already planning to come back at a later time. Thank you so much!

La Paz vacation

We were told the address # was 202 but it was 28. The restrooms weren’t cleaned very well. There was coffee still in the coffee maker. The towel holder in the master bathroom was broken and the whole sink vanity was coming off the wall. We never got a clear instruction on how to turn on the heat for the pool. So we didn’t get to use it .because of it being too cold!!

Incredible View

The property is amazing(views, location, cleanliness and comfort), just a few things that made it a 4 star and not 5. The pool is not heated all day when you pay- it is only heated 4 hours at best and they have to start it each day so we missed a day and a half of pool time. They also ran out of gas while we were there so that was a delay. It is very cold outside of those 4 hours(I even offered to just pay whatever it took to keep it warm the last two days and they would not do that). The BBQ outside didn't work and the "oven" inside is a toaster oven so it was a little tough to cook for a group of 9. The heater outside in the patio area is not wired so it is just for looks currently and the beautiful doors that open the whole patio are hard to close- I would not recommend opening them all like we did! I would stay here again, it just would have helped us plan better had we known the details on the kitchen and pool.
