ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! It doesn’t get any better than this!Griselda and Haydee keep the place spotless. Ruben is at your beck and call. They will all meet your every need!I highly recommend baked goods from Jose’s esposa! We had her to die for cinnamon rolls. I wish we’d tried her carrot cake!If you have food prepped, it will be delicious and will last 3 days.If you have a massage it will be just what you needed.Fantastic beachfront location! The marine life and bird watching is outstanding! Fun to see the freighters and cruise ships come and go. Great seashell beach with water you can swim in.If you have the opportunity to rent here, DO IT!! It’s heaven on earth!!

Great house located on the beach

The house was very spacious and was overall a nice place. Easy to access the beach for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Excellent Location! Ruben was very helpful during our stay. He also helped us a coordinate a snorkeling tour an a whale shark dive.

Loving La Paz!

This house was amazing, we had a perfect vacation! We were a bit concerned given recent hurricane but all is in order, house is immaculate, whale sharks and dolphins greeted us daily and so many activities, never a dull moment! Highly recommend and we will be back!

Perfect for extended family time

We had family from around the world converge in La Paz for a week. The house could not have served us better. Plenty of room - grandparents in the casita, rest in the main house. So nice we barely left the resort! kayaks and paddle boards were a nice bonus - saw whales right from our pool! Breakfast provided by the ladies was delicious and a great way to start our trip. Games around the large table inside and out were perfect way to connect. Highly recommend - we'll be back!

Relaxing vacation

Very nice and open home in a quiet area. Relaxing pool overlooking the ocean. Easy contact with management. 5 stars all around.

Marvelous!

The amenities and service were beyond wonderful. I highly recommend the chef package. We arrived to homemade tacos and margaritas, and woke up to a full breakfast the next morning.

Memorable vacation for my whole family. The house is clean and comfortable. Beautiful beachfront location. Our kids enjoyed the pool and beach. La Paz has the most amazing crystal clear waters and white sand beaches! Must do in La Paz- do the boat tour to Balandra and spend a day at Tecolote Beach. We really enjoyed ourselves exploring the town, churches, museums, and eating delicious seafood. The ladies cooked some delicious meals for us and even got our little girl a cake for her birthday since they were cooking for us that day. Also, don't miss out on the massage service they offer at the property-- it was AMAZING! This house is beautiful, we look forward to coming "home" after exploring the town. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful house for a big family

The house is very comfortable and beautiful, the patio area and pool are very relaxing, my only complaint is that the pool is a little on the cold side they can make it warmer but you have to pay extra and it is not cheap. The beach is clean and shallow perfect for young ones to enjoy safely. Someone else was mentioning in another review why you needed a concierge to schedule tours and other stuff and I realized that you do not need a concierge to schedule anything for you, you can do it yourself very easily ifyou take the little extra time to search online. It will cost you less for sure

Beautiful

This property is hard to review. (maybe one of the best laid out properties I've ever staid at with outdoor steam bath and private pool bathroom, grill, swim-up bar. We just returned from an early May visit with our entire family. It was very quiet which was wonderful. This property is difficult to get to by car. I did not want to pay to leave my rental suburban in town at my expense. Driving to the property from the marina is a solid hour with a third being a dirt road with ruts and might be impassible with rain. We thought we were lost! The property is stunning but again getting enough food to the property for an extended stay will be some work but their ferry service to the marina is lovely and timely. We did the chef service for breakfast/dinner and it was amazing with plenty of left overs for lunch. The two ladies who cooked (and also did massages) were fantastic and definitely worth every penny. We were only disappointed in the pool which was green when we arrived and it took a couple days to get swimmable. If we were golfers it would have been even better as the course looked amazing. The main condo pool may be the prettiest pool I've ever used! In summary this is an amazing house (very comfortable, well laid out, plenty of soap/shampoo/laundry, beds and pillows very comfortable. Property very clean and has everything you need. Fresh drinking water in kitchen. Google earth property to get a better idea of the situation. We would recommend this property!!! :)

Amazing House in an amazing location !!!

Words can not describe how amazing this location is. The island is so peaceful. We stayed for a week in August and we had the whole beach to ourselves. The ocean is so calm; it is perfect for little kids. The water is very clean and the shore is quite shallow for quite aways in., making it very safe for kids. We went on a snorkeling excursion that was incredible. The waters are co crystal clear and the marine life is like swimming in an aquarium. The house has a great floor plan with 2 master suites and 2 additional bedrooms. The backyard has everything you could want, swim up bar, jacuzzi, steam room, outdoor bathroom and shower, hammock, 2 large tables. The ocean is about 50 yards from the house. The house has 2 paddle boards and a few kayaks available in the garage. They have life jackets, sand toys, and beach chairs. The ferry to the peninsula is very prompt, easy to use, and clean nice boat. Martha, the housekeeper and cook, is truly a gem. She made us a delicious welcome dinner when we arrived and breakfast the next morning. She is an excellent cook and has a very warm personality. She made our group breakfast burritos for the week and they were excellent. Ruben, the concierge, was very helpful in arranging our excursions for us and all transportation to and form the airport. The owner Humberto was also extremely helpful. All 3 of them are available by phone at all times. My kids loved it and my husband and I loved it. Really don't have one bad thing to say about it.

Fabulous stay!

We had a great week at the Villa in Paraiso Del Mar! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, dolphins swimming past, an epic time overall! Pros: -Villa has a great layout and plenty of space for our group of 7. -Lots of great outdoor space to enjoy sunrises and sunsets! -Incredible access to the beach! -Comfy beds Cons: -Only one set of sheets/towels so doing laundry mid trip was a must. -Mosquitoes (not a fault of the villa obviously) were AWFUL. We were eaten alive before 11am and after 6pm every day (even through bug spray and multiple cans of Raid. -Pool pump does not appear to be working properly and the patio floods almost instantly upon entering the pool. This just adds to the above mentioned mosquito issue. Final issue we had was with communication with Rueben (house manager) it was spotty and delayed prior to our arrival and did not get much better after we arrived. I’m not sure if he was just having a busy week and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt. I am intentionally saving the absolute best for last because she deserves every second of gratitude we can give. We opted for the chef services for breakfast and dinner every day and Haydee knocked it out of the park!! I mean she literally killed it. She was prompt, kind, patient with our horrible Spanish and an 8 year old picky eater, and all with a big smile. We already miss her!! Her sister, Griselda, was there to help out a couple of the days and she was also incredible! We are so thankful!

Great vacation house for groups/family

House and location were amazing. Concierge and staff at resort were all great, responsive and friendly. We had a medical emergency and the response by the resort was top notch. Only complaint is that some of the water toys are a bit on the older side and additional cost to run the hot tub. Location in general can be windy but otherwise beautiful. Would recommend for sure. Thank you!

Beautiful quiet setting with great views

The staff were perfect. We do not demand much youth they were spot on with what they delivered. The meals were tasty and abundant. The property is easy to get to though provides the kind of peace y0u find on remote places.

Great as always!

We love staying here while in La Paz. The ferry makes it easy to get back and forth from town. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The house is perfect for multiple families and making memories.
