Dirt roads, marsh views nearby, warm summer breezes, outdoor grilling in the big private back yard, close to the picturesque Lieutenant's Island, close to attractions...
Drive down a quiet dirt road to arrive at this gorgeous contemporary home. Enter the house into an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Archways highlight the airy living area. Hardwood floors. Glass sliders lead to the deck and yard. There's a bedroom and a full bath on this level also.

Upper Level: Here you'll find the private main bedroom with a lovely small balcony and full bath.
Lower Level: a bonus room for TV viewing and the washer and dryer are on this level. There's a large yard, perfect for outdoor grilling., family picnics, outdoors living.
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request
