Getting Around:
Located less than a mile NW of the 101 Loop N at the Thomas Rd exit. Easy access to Old Town Scottsdale and the 101 Loop.

Other Things to Note:
Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.

A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency use only.
Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
