This Beautiful 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo in the stunning community Storey Lake Resort. Beautiful furnishings and all the comforts of home ready to welcome you!

The beautiful modern kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, pendant lighting and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. All the cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience. In this open floor plan, step into the great room where you will find a lovely formal dinning area with seating up to 6 guests.After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence in the contemporary living room featuring a sofa, love seat and large flat screen TV. Enoy free Wi-Fi in our Condo!

Storey Lake Resort is a prestigious collection of Condos Family Homes just 7 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World! It features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar.

TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - The trash chute is located 30 feet directly in front of the elevator on the same floor. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Other Things to Note

· Pack' n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (If a second Pack 'n Play or highchair is needed, an additional fee of $35 will apply)

. Pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee of $135 per pet applies only if bringing pets.

· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Cozy Beach Home for Family Get Away

This property was a favorite for us! It is very spacious with open areas for gathering and also smaller nooks for quiet alone time. It was beautifully decorated with a cozy beach vibe and very well stocked for guest convenience. The neighborhood provided wonderful, quiet walking paths accessible to business areas. It was a very short drive to the beach. We plan to be back soon!

Fruit flies!!

This place was covered in fruit flies everywhere. As soon as we checked in I contacted the owner seeing if he had a different property we could switch to and he did not. He offered to send pest control but we did not want them coming in and spraying all over our belongings. I contacted VRBO and the owner again multiple times because fruit flies were everywhere. All over our food in the bed linens asking for a refund which neither would provide. The owener offered to provide fly traps which were two apples that attract fruit flies. They were a joke and did nothing. We ended up leaving early because the flies were so bad. I am sure the fly problem was known about before we arrived because all of the drains were closed. We only received 2 towels for a 4 nights 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. They did send more upon me asking. Main TV did not work as well. Horrible stay would never stay here again. Love the area have stayed at different condos at the complex from different owners 4 different times!! Its sad that you pay so much money and beg for a refund on day 1 to go somewhere else but they would not offer any sort of refund. Would love to add all the pictures of the bugs and the joke apples they sent!!

The carpet and the smell upon walking into this apartment was overpowering with the smell of urine. They tried to cover the smell with something, possible fabric softener? I had a full body rash from the insane amount of fabric softener on the sheets. Even after washing them twice. The carpet was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, we played out the “pool towels” over the carpets to protect our bags and shoes. The towels turned “grayish brown” from the filthy carpet. The towels are another story, it looks like they stole the mismatched white towels from different hotels. The pool towels are disgusting. We ended up renting a hotel and staying there while our friend and her son stayed in the apartment. The “resort, and waterpark” were closed and unable to access. So again, we used the Marriott hotel. I spent more time cleaning and washing towels in this place than it was worth. We washed all the towels that were used as protection from the dirty rugs before leaving. We stayed here one night if the 4 we paid for, and it was too rough on my asthma. The showerhead is moldy, zero water pressure. The washer and dryer are the loudest I’ve ever heard, and dishwasher broken, it slides in and out of its spot in the cabinet. The “fooseball” table is about to fall apart. The bunk beds are a HAZARD. Completely UNSAFE for anyone to sleep in. This place is good enough to store luggage. But everything will smell horrible and you’ll have to wash everything. Spiders and lizards too.
