Excellent for a Disney Visit

Clearly a perfect location to visit all the Disney parks. But also convenient to many amenities, like Walmart, Target, and First Watch... Yes, THAT is an amenity! Great folks, clean place, and quiet. Loved the place.

Left early

First off, it’s pretty, at first glance. But, you are forced to clean the entire place after your stay, and before 10 AM. Chicken bone was left on the lanai. The cabinet in the living room was not fully screwed in so it fell on my daughters foot and cut her foot while looking for a remote. The pressure in the shower is like a sprinkle at best. When complaining to the super, they never show up they promise, but never do what they promise but expect everything from their tenets. More than normal in my opinion. You are charged extra for garbage left in the apartment etc. the pool they advertise is a half a mile away and must drive to it. They have strict rules just like Seaworld. Seaworld is 40 minutes away when leaving the park, more if you leave at a busy time. It was a horrible stay, and not as relaxing as I thought for this wheelchair bound mom of 2 girls just trying to relax.

We like the property but did not like that we had to clean up before we left, we paid a lot and should not have had to empty the fridge and freezer
