CHECK IN DATE Units rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and others from SUNDAY to SUNDAY, June-August. Please note in the unit description the days each unit is rented. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.

Bay Watch- Old, dirty, grimy, mold, dark, rust on metal windows, no carts could be found and front desk unhelpfu. Unit: Dirty, moldy, old & banged up furniture, mattress old (some kind of foam mattress). This unit does not have a washer/dryer. The online ad is false. Will not stay here again.Good: Great water pressure & great view.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter cleanliness and maintenance issues, and we apologize for the condition of the furnishings and the confusion regarding the washer/dryer. We take accusations of inaccurate listings very seriously and are already reviewing the ad to ensure all details are clearly and correctly presented. Your comments have been shared with both our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we are addressing these concerns with urgency. Room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Previous occupants information was left on the table along with their trash in the trash cans. Mold was found in the shower. We reluctantly stayed one night because we arrived so late. Elliott Rentals is going to refund our money for the nights we terminated. I appreciate that, but some maintenance needs to be done to the unit and the cleaning crew failed at their job. I do not recommend.

It's unacceptable that the room was not properly cleaned, and we take your comments about the mold and leftover items very seriously. We're glad Elliott Rentals was able to assist with a refund for the unused nights, but we understand that doesn't undo the inconvenience and frustration caused. Your feedback has been shared with both our cleaning and maintenance teams so we can address these issues promptly and ensure they don’t happen again.
