Lakeview Dunes' luxury is your family's launching point for exploring the Oregon Coast by hike, bike, or drive. A mile's proximity to the beach and views of Sunset Lake, as well as your own private patio and firepit, will have you feeling at home in the Pacific Northwest.

During your stay here, you'll enjoy quick access to Sunset Beach and other coastal charms minus the crowds of the nearby towns. The center of Warrenton is about five miles north, with bustling Astoria just a few miles farther. Hike trails in Fort Stevens State Park a short drive away, or check out the Peter Iredale shipwreck and the other historic sites the area offers. Golfers will want to check out the Astoria Golf & Country Club, especially since the clubhouse is within walking distance to the north.

The home was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Location was excellent and I especially enjoyed the bottle of wine they had for us. Very special. Great family room where we played lots of card games and other fun board games. We would definitely go back. Thanks for the great memories.

Loved the house, location and cleanliness. We couuld have used more kitchen towels, a pasta strainer, tin foil, kleenex and matches for the outdoor firepit and bbq. Small inconveniences, but since you asked... All in all we had a great time! Thank you

Nice clean location

This was a nice place to stay, it was close to town but far enough out of town to be peaceful as well. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work but everything else was great.

Make sure to bring EVERYTHING right down to toilet paper. Not a role in the house. Inside was clean however the front entry was covered in spider webs we had to remove. Killed several large brown spiders in garage. The landscaping was a mess and there was trash in the driveway and someone was suppose to come take care of it but never did. 11 days and the can is over flowing along with recycling left from previous renters.

So much fun

We had a great time. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home. The one exception being firm pillows. All the pillows were flimsy feather pillows. And the outside landscape could use some upkeep. But it was exactly what was posted. Would definitely stay here again

Family time in Oregon

This place is great. The beds were comfy and it was clean. It was a good location for our family since we were going back and forth to see our family in the area. Definitely on my keep list for the future. The company that helped us with the check in process was amazing. Very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you for providing a great place. We were about to give up on VRBO.

First Trip to Oregon

I wish I could move in. This property was beautiful, well maintained and in a central location. Finishing a day of exploring in Oregon and coming back to this property to relax by the fire was a highlight. We visited Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside and Cannon Beach. The central location (& close proximity to the beach) of the property made exploring easy.

Lakeview Dunes

This was a great home for a girl's weekend! It had everything, fully functional kitchen that we could all be in at once. The BBQ area was perfect, and sunsets were so enjoyable at the firepit. A short distance to the beach is a plus. You can save your food shopping because they have a Wal mart in town, as well as a TJ Maxx. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy everything you need in the home is in it.

The property was listed with AC but doesn't actually have it. Was an excessively hot 4th of July and was pretty miserable in the house. House was in a decent location and good layout. The 'living room' is an actual room with a closing door and can be used as a 4th bedroom.

House listing said home has A/C Home did not. When we arrived inside temp was 82 degrees. When manager contacted they said sorry it was a mistake. Inside home instructions also said home has A/C. Asked for some kind compensation and because it was a holiday weekend and everything was booked and they knew they had us, they said no!

We paid extra money to rent a house that had air conditioning. This house was advertised as having air conditioning and it did not. I just checked their ad on VRBO and air conditioning is still listed there today. This is false advertising and people should know about it. Fortunately the climate was OK while we were there but some people are going to get stung by this. Also, there is no cable TV but just a list of popular streaming services. We wanted to watch the Olympics and were frustrated by the constant buffering. For the price they charge, management should probably pay for cable. Otherwise, the house is lovely inside. It is clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and excellent water pressure in the showers.

Great space, a few misses.

Location is great! Its in. Etwern Asotia and Seaside. We had to call the number to get help to enter, but they were super responsive. Need to pull the door tight and work the deadbolt good in order to unlock. Interior was as shown, with super comfortable beds so wr all slept great. Super clean interior. Plenty of blankets and towels, huge bathrooms. The open floor plan was perfect for us. A bottle of wine was a nice touch. Hose out front to hose off feet, also nice. Washer and dryer worked great! Plenty of kitchen utensils. Exterior was unkept some broken metal chairs turned upside down but could be no one has cleaned up since winter. We used our own camp chairs for the back patio. The two things that didnt make us feel good and put a damper on our stay was the garage smelled like decomposing animal and that's where the ping pong table is so we werent able to enjoy that. A rolled up rug and other items are on the floor of garage so more attractive to rodents. The main house smelled fine. The other was the pots and pans. The coating was all scratched up really bad so knowing that we'd likely be swallowing bits of coating, didn't make us feel good. I mention these things so if you are considering this place and the ping pong table and kitchen items are important to you, you might ask if they've been taken care of. I sent comments to the host and received an apology. touch. The
