This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Dunes Village Resort offers beautiful Ocean Views with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and dining room area, free WIFI and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living room. Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean-view condo spans 1,040 sq. ft. in Myrtle Beach’s prime location. Beautifully decorated, it features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and breathtaking ocean views from the large private balcony. Located in the Palms Tower, this condo accommodates up to 10 guests. The first bedroom includes an attached bath and two queen beds, the second bedroom has two queen beds with access to the second bathroom, and the living room features a queen sofa bed.



The resort is located in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile", adding to the level of luxury associated with the stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Guests have unlimited access to the resort's large indoor heated water park, which includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool, and a game room with pool tables and other games. The resort also offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant with lunch and dinner menus, a pool bar with food service, and a Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility.

Great room. Property was very quiet at night which was good for our young kiddos. The check in instructions were a little unclear. Did not realize we had to check in at the front desk initially. Very minor set back which could be easily fixed in the check in instructions. Overall great stay

Check in was ok front desk lady was rushing through information. Causing confusion and irritation. Since our check in was through Vrbo and not technically through the resort it felt like front desk didn’t care. Room was nice had issues with the door locking and a few problems with the tvs in the bedrooms. However the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook view was ok and cute. It is a side ocean view. Loved that our stay got all the amenities such as water parks and kids activities that the resort offered. Owners were fast with responses were fast with issues we had. Rental was clean and organized. We would definitely book again.

Great beach vacation

We came as a group of 10 and had a great stay. Plenty of space, kitchen was great, and the view is amazing. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. Walkable distance to the beach and water park is just an elevator ride down to the ground level. Great find!

Great time at the Dunes

Our family of five had a nice time at the property and the Dunes. The property is very well equipped with comfortable beds and all of the conveniences one would expect. The view is nice and access to the beach is easy. The resort is great for kids. We would come back. Thanks!

The report has lots of things to do for an active family. They are extremely well staffed and were always very helpful. The rental was nice, we were missing sheets for the pull out and some pillow covers and they were very responsive. They were were some other minor problems with the cabin, but overall we enjoyed it. This specific unit probably needs to be reviewed in terms of rentals and pans as none of the pans had lids. Again, not complaining, just giving an accurate review. We would ABSOLUTELY stay there again!

Disappointed

We booked this rental in hope that it would be nicer than the hotel. Everything was exactly like the hotel rooms but they updated the floors which did not matter bc the floor was dirty upon arrival. It was a waste of money to not book directly through the hotel. The kitchen was so dirty I had to wipe everything down. The stove had so much cooked on food inside it that it set off the fire alarm. And only one burner worked on the stove top. All the tables were dusty and there were dead bugs in the corner of the rooms. The trash can was broken so it was very hard to keep our toddler out of the trash. The bathrooms were clean but the drains were so clogged that you had to shower in 3 inches of dirty water and the water pressure was horrible. The linens were clean and they did supply a lot of towels. The rental itself is not in the main tower of the hotel were the restaurants and bigger part of the water park is so it wasn’t that convenient. I would not waste your money on this rental and just stay through the regular hotel.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a cheer competition so basically we really just slept there but overall it was nice. The condo was nice and clean-loved that that provided all the linens and towels. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. I would suggest having a fan in each room as it did get hot in the bedrooms. The living room stayed cool. I was able to get a fan from a local store and it made sleeping a little more enjoyable. I would also make sure to put a sign on the balcony door to watch out for your step as it does have a lip to step over. Overall we had a wonderful time-the water park and pool was clean!!
