- Stay at a new, clean, comfortable suite at the main/ground floor of a bi-level house.
- The suite has 2 spacious and bright bedrooms with 1 King and 1 Queen beds and large windows.
- Loads of amenities include everything that you need to stay away.
- Brand new from beds/mattresses, comforters, blankets, pillows, sofa, kitchen, stainless steal appliances, patio set
- Enjoy outside green view through large windows & patio set, and nearby park.
- A scenic walking/bike trail in the backyard.
- Renovated full kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a brand new range (oven +stove), brand new refrigerator, brand new cabinets, a micro-oven, a Hamilton Beach toaster, a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, a dining table. bowls, plats, glasses, cookpot, pans, cutlery set, knife, seizure and many more.

- Full bath with bathtub and hot water.
- A new sofa, a computer desk, a TV.
- The restaurants, retail stores, public bus, train, and highway access are very close, 2min drive.
- There is no stair to access the suite. So it is convenient for senior people.
- Private entrance with self-check-in option.
- Shared Washer & Dryer at free of cost. You will be notified when it will be accessed.
- New beds, mattress, comforters, pillows, blankets, bed sheet sets.
- A brand new patio set
- High-Speed WIFI connection with an ethernet cable.
- Host family lives in another suite of the house so you will always be taken care of.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying here

The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and it was close to many amenities. It was easy to get onto major routes in the city. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

Quiet, clean, and pleasant experience

This was the perfect location and surpassed our expectations. The suite was clean, beds were great, and the outside patio was an enjoyable bonus. We will certainly stay there again.

Calgary Adventure

My husband and I brought my brother to Calgary for a three days filled with outings Day 1 Concert, Day 2 Dinner Theater Day 3 Heritage Park. We had a lovely time. Our accommodations far exceeded our expectatins. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect weekend getaway

Stayed with my dad and teenage daughter for the weekend. Have been to the city a few times for horse competitions and wanted to try something besides the hotel and this was perfect. Gave us some space after very busy days. Was very clean and any communications were promptly responded to. Had no issues and will likely stay again if we go for more competitions in the city. Was close to the stables south of the city and was close to shopping and restaurants. Great location and nicely renovated space.

Bedding was clean. Bedrooms are huge. Kitchen is very small. Stove, fridge and microwave were dirty. Range hood and toaster oven didn't work. Any pots or pans had to be rewashed due to some sort of oily residue on them Bathroom drawers were full of used razors and toothbrushes. No cleaning supplies available for us to use. Overall was cringy for cleanliness Was conveniently located for what we needed.
