Ideally located in Sarasota, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home is only a few miles from Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, known for its soft quartz sand and stunning Gulf waters. You are also just a short drive from the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Siesta Key Village.

Inside, the bright open layout creates a welcoming space for families and groups to gather after a day at the beach. The living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that fill the home with natural light and lead directly to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space and everything needed for easy vacation meals, while the nearby dining areas make it simple to enjoy time together.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat. Guests should park near the garage or within the half-circle driveway and avoid blocking the fence access area. The garage itself is not available for guest use.

Spacious, with plenty of room.

I liked the layout of the rooms in the house—it was spacious, with plenty of room. There was no roof over the pool—I liked that, as it meant I could sunbathe. If we go to Sarasota, we will definitely choose this house again.

I was told I could not have the original house I booked due to major plumbing issue. Gulf coast switched me out for a different property called "Shaker of Salt". Blue Dolphin's pool was a clear blue on the listing however the new house's pool had a greenish tint. My son decided to jump in the pool shortly after we got there. Well, that stirred up a bunch of green stuff. The next day all this green stuff slid down to the deep end of the pool. I made Gulf Coast really aware of this and subsequently they compensated me with 150. When we arrived the day after check in, the door was left unlocked. I am unsure why. The house was pretty decent, but the floor was a little dirty and the furniture needs to be updated. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was convenient. I think rugs on the floor would make it a little nicer.

We enjoyed this house. It is spacious and well laid out. The pool was clean and lovely. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to shopping, dining and beaches. Car is necessary.

Perfect get away

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and it was perfect. Felt more like a home and not a rental property. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were large and done well, Kitchen was very nice with everything you needed (fridge opens the wrong way). It felt like a wildlife sanctuary surrounded by large trees in the back yard.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family friendly. We especially appreciated the pool/beach towels and beach equipment that were provided—it made our beach days convenient. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, but still quiet and private. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, this was not one of our better VRBO experiences. When we arrived, the property was very dirty, the pool had not been cleaned, and several of the sheets had noticeable stains on them. We contacted the host right away and spent about an hour going back and forth before someone was finally sent out to clean. While we appreciated the response, the condition of the property still was not much better afterward.The pool cleaners did come the following morning, but they left a battery sitting at the bottom of the pool, which was concerning. Overall, the home did not feel clean or well-maintained, and the experience was disappointing compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in.

The house is as described .

The house is in a nice neighborhood and not far from the beach. Lots of great restaurants and plenty of shopping are nearby. You are given start up hygiene, paper products and dish detergents. You will need to replenish. The beds were comfortable and you have plenty of space for your items. They have 3 folding chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach.

Family vacation

First impression was not great. Things could have been cleaned up a bit better outside. The house was nice on the inside. The biggest draw back was the renter that stays in a back part off the house. He was burning things while we were there. It really made me uneasy knowing someone was around there while my kids were swimming.

Family vaca

The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there.

Nice, but....

Overall, a nice place to stay. There were some improvements that could be made. The refrigerator door openings should be reversed. It 's just a couple of screws and 5 minutes and would be VERY helpful getting things in and out. Salt and Pepper might be nice, but not the end of the world. We never did find the kitchen overhead light switch. Still, the beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Didn't get to try the pool, but it looked nice and was well maintained.

We had a wonderful time at the rental pool was such a great thing to have! The neighbor who is the long term renter i believe took our garbage to the curb was so nice to do that for us, he never bothered us not even once! The management company was very accomodating to our needs, that was very appreciated! Kitchen and bathrooms had alot of appliances dishes pots pans glasses and bathrooms had a hair dryer i was thrilled about that! Many extra beach towels and bath towels to accommodate all 5 of us with many more still availabke! Pool floaties amd comfortable beds! Keep in mind no toilet paper, dish soap, or kitchen wash rags we actually bought some and left them there purposely so the next renters had something to use! Outside could use a little clean up but dont let it scare you once inside its really very beautiful!

Infestation problem

While the house itself was nice inside, the outside left us a bit unsure as we pulled up for the first time. Once in, the nice pool in the pictures needed time to be cleaned up only to find it was unheated and freezing cold. Our kids were unfortunately unable to use it. I wish that had been disclosed prior to renting. There was also an awful ant infestation in the kitchen with ants crawling evening inside the bowls which led us to be uncomfortable even using the kitchen area.

Ideal Vacation Home

Pros: -Updated, cheerful decor. -Home was very clean. -Varied selection of board games and books. -Pool was well maintained and clean . -Home is less than ten minutes to Siesta Beach. -Close to Supermarkets and coffee. -Quick response from Management when the AC temporarily went out. Cons: -There is a tenant that occupies the adjacent MIL-type space located on the property, so don't be surprised to see a vehicle in the driveway upon arrival. Although we had absolutely no issues with them whatsoever, it was still a bit... close for comfort. -Outdated kitchen cookware and appliances. Almost as if the kitchen space was an afterthought. Knives so dull that they're almost a hazard at this point. Overall, it was a great, clean and well-maintained house, and for the price, we would definitely book again!

Overall nice place but a few unusual surprises

My kids and i enjoyed the stay, great pool, nice older florida home, great location. I travel often and was surprised by some of the standard polices of this management company. There were no wash cloths or dish cloths, napkins or paper towels. We only had 1 extra roll of toilet paper aside from the roll in use in both bathrooms. After i took.out the large kitchen trash i discovered the only bags to replace were small can size that fit the small can underthe sink. We were there 3 nights and only 2 dishwasher pods were provided. No laundry detergent is provided and thats understandable but check out instructions ask that you wash the sheets. I normally leave a rental very clean but i had no way to wipe the counters and no way to wash the dishes. I was told after welcome packets are used guests should purchase these things. I did not do that as it would cost a lot to buy toilet paper, handsoap, dish soap, and ex
