The neighborhood has a BBQ gas grill just outside your door, as well as a clubhouse, community, heated pool, and a busy social calendar. This property does not contain a membership transfer. Don't miss the gorgeous beaches of Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach, and Manasota Key Beach which are located just minutes away. Choose from endless restaurants or shop at the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south, and explore Don Pedro Island State Park accessible only by boat or ferry, where you can get lost within the mangrove forests, dunes, and beaches. Be sure to look out for the local wildlife, including West Indian manatees, tortoises, bald eagles, and Loggerhead turtles. Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.

Vehicle Policy: Commercial/recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, and campers are prohibited.

*Farmington Vistas requires that an application to lease and fee which is included in the cost to be submitted for all rentals. The HOA does require that the forms be submitted no later than 15 days before check-in.
