Host was very responsive to all inquiries from booking to time at the property. Location was nice with vicinity to Riverwalk and downtown area. Unfortunately had an abnormal cold evening and only a space heater available for the property. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The host was readily available for questions and concerns. The structure was centrally located in downtown Bradenton a block from River Walk. Finally, the huge Jacuzzi bathtub was AWSOME.

The host was very welcoming. The property was good for a place to just sleep. It does need some remodeling done. I think the owner is slowly doing this.
Shower needs updating. I am elderly and wouldn't try to get in and out of it.

Stayed only 2 days and loved it. Property was clean inside and out. Loads of channels to choose from on both TVs. Only issue we had was the neighbors had VERY lots y parties both nights. Considering it was Friday and Saturday nights, it was what it was!! Thank you for making our trip nice and peaceful.

Love this place

We were there for 4 nights, went to the beaches there and done some shopping. It was cozy all we needed to be comfortable we loved being there beautiful neighborhood, beautiful vrbo, we definately be back thank you.

DO NOT BOOK HERE.Do not book without confirming details. I reserved this property for Feb 12–15 but did not stay due to serious undisclosed issues. I arrived around 11:00 PM and contacted the host immediately regarding a strong smoke odor (despite the non-smoking listing), a malfunctioning master bedroom AC, and that the space—described as a duplex—was actually attached to a private home with only a shared wall. Through the wall I could hear a dog barking and an individual coughing continuously. The host did not respond until 11:42 PM, stating the dog would be leaving; by that time, I had already left not knowing whether the host was going to respond.As a recent transplant recipient, smoke exposure and lack of proper climate control posed a health hazard, so I could not remain in the unit. I contacted the host to report the issues and request a refund; the host was unresponsive after my request and later denied the refund, disputing the smoke odorFuture guests should confirm smoke-free conditions, the exact layout of the property, and that all systems are functioning before booking.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway at a property close to everything this is it. It was a great price for the location. Check in was super easy. I didnt have to reach out to the owner but from other reviews his communication is good. The overall place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the showet was amazing. There are a few things that could be better...the ac in the bedroom made a whining noise when turned on and didnt go away, there was several different shampoos and body washes that look like they were left from other guests, and we heard people what sounded like shuffling on the other side of the wall. There was also what smelled like cigarette smoke but I also think that was from the otherside of the wall, it wasnt overwhelmingly though and the listing does say smoking friendly outside. The front door didnt seal very well unless the slide lock and deadbolt were locked. Could probably use weather stripping. Overall we enjoyed our stay and as I said if you want a convenient safe place to sleep this place is it. It was very cozy and we felt safe.
