Uma on Werri is a brand-new designer beach house enviably located at the northern end of Werri Beach.

With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Uma on Werri is a glamorous two-story home with multiple living spaces, a kid’s playroom, co-working space, and balconies front and back so you can watch the sunrise from the ocean and sunset over the mountains.

The spacious ground-level kitchen with servery window and butler’s pantry, is flanked by sliding doors opening to a spectacular entertaining terrace. A 4m long teak dining table is the alfresco centrepiece along with a built-in barbecue, bar fridge and custom Caesarstone servery bench.

Stepping-stones lead to the heated 7m x 4m pool and 2m x 2m heated spa and the north end of Werri Beach is a short stroll, so guests can bounce between the pool and ocean.

• Seven large bedrooms with six king beds and one x queen bed with king single loft bed. (Flexible bedding arrangements as four x Kings can split into eight singles.)

*Special permission can be granted for two extra children on rollaway beds at an additional cost. We have two baby cots/highchairs, baby gate, baby bath and step stools that can be supplied on request.
