The villa embodies the rustic feel while also capturing that comforting sensation when approaching the space. The entrance leads guests into the incredible exterior, accompanied by a pool, a plethora of outdoor seating and a miniature sandy stretch, fitting for a family to experience the sandy-feel without having to leave the villa. This property is the perfect hideaway for a small family, two sets of couples or a group of friends searching for relaxation within the hills of St. Martin.



Villa Jacaranda's entrance is adorned with a beach-hut style doorway that greets clients into the exterior of the home. The vegetation embraces the perimeter of the space followed by an expansive yet intimate pool that glistens in the sunlight throughout the seasons. The outdoor shower resembles a stem of a leaf, mimicking the nature that is present. To the right of the pool, there are two palm trees that showcase sets of string lights that create a peaceful environment during the evening. This home makes the most of the view by setting up wooden day beds for sunbathing in the sun while drinking a refreshing beverage in hand. To the left of the entrance is a set of comforting cushioned outdoor seating with an ice cooler doubling as a speaker to truly enjoy that romantic feeling. For an outdoor dining experience, the wooden table hosts up to six people and is set under a verdant covering to remain in the shade and take in the exceptional view while eating. The home utilizes indoor and outdoor living, where the central body of the home is arranged to the left of the villa.

The Space:

Villa Jacaranda's living and kitchen spaces follow an open plan formatting and showcases a neutral, bohemian aesthetic with variations of wood, straw and linen throughout the room. The indoor dining table also sits six guests and provides a cooler, culinary experience for those wishing to sit under the air conditioning. The kitchen is adjacent to the living space and has spacious and tall countertops, ideal for an ergonomic cooking experience. In addition, clients can hire a personal chef to enhance their vacation experience. The sea and greenery views, as seen from the kitchen, allows for the most perfect sunset screening from the comfort of the villa. The kitchen and living area adapts into a communal space that is excellent for socializing, while also maintaining that element of privacy for the neighboring bedrooms.



There are two bedrooms in the villa, both featuring spacious king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Bedroom one can be accessed through its exterior entrance on the left, encouraging the client to step foot into the serene sanctuary. This room features an array of organic material and textures to generate that feeling of nature in the room. The second bedroom is attached to the main living and kitchen area and it features a set of gentle steps that reveal the room as the client walks in. Similar to the rest of the home, the organic theme continues while showcasing pops of deep mustard shades throughout the suite. This fun bedroom has an exterior entrance and encapsulates that cozy, mountain quality while also staying true to its summery and light feel.

Baie Longue is close by along with Plum Bay, Baie Rouge and Cupecoy beach; the beach possibilities are endless. The villa sits within a short, 2 minute drive from the grocery store in Porto Cupecoy and a further 5 minutes to reach the Princess Juliana Airport due to the property's prime location.
