Fifth Avenue Condos are only two blocks from Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain and two blocks from downtown shops and restaurants. This two-level, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo has an additional sleeping area in a loft with a Queen bed. The open living space includes a nicely furnished living room that opens to the upgraded kitchen with bar seating. Guests enjoy the gas fireplace and soaring windows that let in plenty of natural light. This unit has air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms.

This unit accommodated 4 guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed
Loft bedroom: Queen bed

Complex amenities at Fifth Avenue include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, on-site laundry facilities, a BBQ area, on-site free parking, free Wi-Fi. This townhouse's entry is on the second floor, accessible via stairs.

Please note that this complex has no elevator.
