The unit is a 1,245 sq ft condo with a loft. It features two bedrooms with king beds in each, two full bathrooms, and a pull-out couch. This is the only unit in Aspenwood with air conditioning; great for Summer stays!

Fanny Hill is just a two minute walk from the condo. It’s a very short, flat walk to the slopes. From there, you can simply click in/out and ski to Village Express Lift or Elk Camp Gondola in Snowmass Base Village. Additionally, Snowmass Mall is just a block downhill with shops, restaurants, and free Sky Cab gondola to Base Village. It's ideal location offers close proximity to lifts, restaurants, activities, events, and more.

🚦The Snowmass Mall transportation stop offers transportation to/from the airport, Base Village, Aspen, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.

No registration needed in the summer.
