This second-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is the perfect rental for a family vacation, with bunk beds in the second bedroom. Chateau Dumont is located in downtown Aspen, just one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo features a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the kitchen, a flat-screen TV in the living area, and a TV in the primary bedroom.
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Queen bed plus a captain's bunk (Twin over Queen)
Other: There is a Double sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests of Chateau Dumont receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, on-site free parking* or street permit parking, free Wi-Fi, housekeeping, concierge services, and 24/7 maintenance support. This complex does not have an elevator, and firewood is not provided. **Guests will need to purchase firewood from City Market.
