This Lower-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features an open living area centered around a gas fireplace. The Fasching Haus is only two blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs in the main living area, both bedrooms and an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). The common heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ area are just steps away from the patio.

Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King
Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room. This complex has no elevator.
Guests of Fasching Haus 12 receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
