Located in the heart of the Viaduct this apartment is the perfect base for your trip to Auckland! A beautifully positioned two bedroom apartment on the edge of the Viaduct Marina, with a stunning harbour and sea views – sunsets create a spectacular harbour and sea backdrop.

Enjoy the best bars and restaurants right on your doorstep and make yourself at home in the apartment, with unlimited wifi, a stunning balcony overlooking the Viaduct and spacious living areas

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Located in the vibrant Viaduct area, there may be some evening noise on weekends, so please keep this in mind when booking.

Absolutely perfect location for going on a cruise, groceries and great places to eat every where. Everything was clean, amazing view. Could not have been betterMake sure you take bus out to one of the inavtive volcanos and learn about mauri culture while there.

Excellent property with great marina views. Easy access to all viaduct areas and eateries. Parking at downtown was easy and cheap at weekend. Overall great stay, property as advertised and well priced compared to others in the area. Would stay again for sure.

Spacious apartment with tremendous harbor view

Stayed four nights in June 2025. Location is on the harbor within walking distance of many restaurants. Great view of the harbor from the apartment. Accommodations were clean, modern, and had all necessary amenities. Only drawback was live music coming from Harbour area, which lasted past 2 AM.

Perfect Auckland location.

This comfortable apartment is perfectly located with easy walking access to the harbour, downtown, and a wide variety of restaurants. While it is in the heart of a very active entertainment district its 4th floor location and deck are quiet and private. The owner provided personal check in service which was unexpected but appreciated.

The home was beautiful and had just as lovely a view as advertised. The location was fantastic, with 3 great restaurants actually connected to the building, and lots of shops and activities within easy walking distance. We especially loved watching the boats come in and out of the harbor in the mornings while enjoying our coffee.The one thing I'd caution is to bring earplugs if you're staying on a weekend. Our last night was on a Friday, and the pub downstairs had quite a rowdy crowd until after 2AM. This is no fault of the host, just a fact of the location.
