The Viaduct is a prime location in the CBD, with buzzing restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina. There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to explore the best parts of the city.

Breathing-taking harbour views and sensational sunsets add to this gorgeous setting. You can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these great meal spots. You will stumble upon many food and dining options.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Our stay in Auckland was terrific. This apartment is in a great location for harbor tours, places to eat, convenience stores, cafes, etc. Our family of four fit nicely, and this was a great home base for us as we visited the surrounding areas. Great host and super convenient!

The apartment was fantastic- beautiful interior and stunning views from the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed allowing self catering. The pre-arrival communication was excellent too. The location at the Viaduct with the unlimited restaurant choices made our stay so memorable. Great location to walk to the City or the surrounds of the piers and boats.

Best location and very comfortable

You can not beat the location. Steps from the marina, lots of exploration opportunities, and more great restaurants than you can handle. Layout of the apartment is a little quirky but over all is super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Awesome Harbour Views

Stayed over New Years and had a great time. Spectacular views with a great balcony overlooking the harbour. Viewed NYE fireworks from balcony. Master bedroom is huge. Kitchen is great and coffee and milk were a nice touch. Only downside is second bedroom was very small for two adults and furniture is getting a little worn. Would stay again!

Fabulous view from the balcony - of the harbour bridge and marina and easy access to the restaurants around the harbour. Central transport hub at Britomart is 5 mins walk.
