As you enter the loft you will be greeted by an impressive spiral staircase transporting you upstairs. Here you'll find the open-plan living area with plush lounges fronting a gas fireplace and a large LG smart TV catering to all your entertainment needs. There is a spacious indoor dining area and two balconies, the first with a BBQ, sun loungers and casual outdoor dining table, while the second allows you to take in barrel views down Sussex Street. The chef's kitchen features state-of-the-art Smeg appliances to whip up a delicious meal. There are tea and coffee facilities and all utensils and crockery needed for your stay.

In the evening, retreat to one of three bedrooms, all located downstairs—with split-system cooling on this level to keep temperatures comfortable. The primary bedroom has a high-end De Rucci king-sized bed, LG smart TV, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and also benefits from balcony access, with an egg chair where you can sip your morning coffee or an afternoon wine. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, topped with hotel-style linens.
