The was very economical and there were some chips, soda and beef jerky ready as a treat. The place was clean and the host responsive.

The host was very welcoming and contacted us before we got there offering his number if we needed anything. There was a nice goodie bag on the counter waiting for us. It was a convenient location for us.There are a couple things that we would recommend to have made it even better: hand towels in the bathroom, coffee maker, and toaster would have been nice. The bed was a little hard for me, but some people like that.

The bathroom was not cleaned very well there was still hair in the tub, the shower, and toilet. There were at least 3 wasp nests at the front door and the back door. Couldn't go into the back yard at all cause of the wasp. The a/c didn't work thankfully there was fans but they didn't help much. Seemed like the house was still getting redone (not very much art on the walls) and they rented it anyway. The bed in the master bedroom was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever been on I think I would've been better off making a pallet on the floor. We did have access to the garage and that is the only reason way the house was worth it for our weekend in Texas.
