The Space:

This magnificent house becomes apparent through the brick driveway revealing an inviting porch entrance with wooden doors into the foyer. Immediately clients are lured in by the spectacular view of the ocean that awaits them on the other side. The outdoor terrace is composed of authentic terracotta tiles and enchants visitors to enter the infinity, beach-style pool. Within the pool, there is an “island” that has a jacuzzi for a more laid-back aquatic experience along with a billowing cascade. For entertainment, the home provides an outdoor pool table for socializing and a substantial pond full of colorful Koi fish to gaze out bringing peaceful energy into the property. The exterior living spaces are a haven of relaxation, with the grand terrace providing shade and the Caribbean breeze creating an idyllic outdoor living experience.



The interiors are spacious with plenty of stations throughout the villa to relax and unwind in. Within the centre of the home, is two distinct living areas in which one features off-white furnishings with earthy accents, while the other is an outdoor retreat shaded by the grand terrace. The rustic country kitchen, complete with black stone granite countertops, encourages conversation with loved ones and friends. This space is ideal for cooking with the large fridge and the expansive, traditional stove; perhaps guests could hire a personal chef to indulge in a Caribbean culinary experience. The dining room promotes delicious meals to be enjoyed, with up to 12 seats for accommodating all the clients along with any additional visitors that may venture to the property.



Belle Etoile welcomes five private bedrooms speckled throughout the home. All of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioning. Attached to the main house, are four of the bedrooms, offering indoor and outdoor access to each space. The fifth bedroom is a charming cottage that is separate from the home and is accessible through the garden which is full of greenery. These accommodations provide a serene haven for every guest with plenty of space and privacy to capture that vacation feeling in a stunning villa.

Guest Access:

* Chef Service Included: Two meals per day during the Low Season (April 15 - Dec 16) and High Season (Jan 8 - Apr 14), either Breakfast & Lunch or Breakfast & Dinner. A Food & Beverage Deposit of $2,000 is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Three meals per day during the Holiday Season (Dec 17- Jan 7). A Food & Beverage Deposit of $3,000 is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

* Concierge Access: Before and throughout your stay, a dedicated concierge will be available to assist with all arrangements and requests. We coordinate a wide range of services including in-villa chef services, delivery services (groceries, champagne & wine deliveries), in-villa massages, in-villa car rental deliveries, restaurant reservations, boat charters, tours and activities and more!

* Housekeeping Services: Monday through Saturday (except for holidays).

* Complimentary Arrival Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the airport to the villa is included for up to 10 guests. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our airport host just outside the arrivals hall.

* Complimentary Departure Transfer: One complimentary transfer from the villa to the airport is included for up to 10 guests.

For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. Spend your days sinking your toes into soft white sand, swimming in crystal-clear waters, or relaxing under the warm Caribbean sun.

To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

* Heated Pool: Available from December 16 to April 15. Maximum temperature is limited to 86°F (30°C).

* The caretaker resides on-site in a separate cottage. The cottage is completely independent from the villa.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.
