Cozy and nicely decorated 400 sq ft (plus 600 sq ft backyard) modern stylish space is perfectly suited to relax or to accommodate remote working. Guests will have access to private fully fenced 600sq ft backyard and garden.
Beautiful brand new open concept kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, modern induction stove, microwave, mini refrigerator and lots of cabinets for storage. Brand new Keurig Coffee maker (coffee pods, coffee mate are provided). Toaster and Water kettle are another amenities the place offers.

Bedroom area has a nice queen bed, a side table with a beautiful Kate spade lamp. It has a large window facing beautiful garden. We can provide a twin foam mattress for extra guest or child.

Reading/working desk offers a perfect place to remote work. High speed internet 300mbps speed.

Living area has 50” Sony flat TV with IP tv box ( Live TV from all over the world). Relax and watch TV in a cozy comfortable couch.

Brand new washroom is equipped with basic toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap. Hair dryer, towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash clothes) are also provided.

Attached full laundry facilities will give you a peace of mind in case you need it and for longer stay (additional fees may apply).
