Hi Lauren, Really nice property- plenty of space on each floor to accommodate teens (and they loved the private elevator to fourth floor rooftop deck ). Short walk to beach and the shops. 2 kayaks provided- we used them a lot. All amenities provided and friendly and prompt service from management. We will be back! Thank you. Regards, The CottageCrew
