Villa One - The one-bedroom villa offers a serene retreat with awe-inspiring vistas of Mt Singapore and Wilson’s Promontory, ensuring a peaceful ambiance. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing cozy meals, and a beautifully appointed Queen bedroom with a private ensuite for your comfort and convenience. Designed to host up to two guests, this villa provides an intimate escape with the option for additional guests at a supplementary charge.

The villa is supplied by tank water. We do recommend packing a sufficient supply of drinkable water for consumption.

Our amenities encompass disability-friendly features, complimentary linen service, Wi-Fi (dependent on area service), and well-appointed BBQ areas.

Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

No smoking on premises.

While dogs are welcomed indoors, it is kindly requested they refrain from using the furniture. For their enjoyment, a secure 4m x 4m outdoor enclosure is provided. Dogs welcomed.

20% Deposit to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
