• Guests provide beach towels, condiments, coffee, shampoo, and toiletries.
• Firewood for fire pit available to purchase on-site (no outside firewood allowed).
• Minimum Stay – 2 nights (3–5 nights on select holidays).
• Pricing includes nightly rent, cleaning fee, Damage Protection Policy, and taxes.
