This property was indicated to be in Parkdale (close to DT Calgary). It was 25min away on the far north part of Calgary. The owners clearly knew this as previous feedback indicated the same thing. No change was made and the owners brushed it off as a “VRBO issue”. This home is NOT a full house as indicated - it has a legal suite that can be rented at any time to anybody. This is NOT indicated in the listing. We would never have rented it based on location, and furthermore never rented something with a suite and shared anything. Nothing on this listing is seemingly accurate and the owner takes no responsibility for it. The listing still to this day has the wrong info. The owner offered a 60% refund (wanting to keep 40%) for a reservation we never took or entered. There is a current VRBO claim, and furthermore VRBO also takes no responsibility for their platform or what’s on it. This is a very clear case of misrepresentation and VRBO has admitted as much.

There was a bit of a mix up with the location accuracy of the listing on VRBO, but the owner is fantastic. She was more than accommodating. The add does need to be updated to show the location in the far NW. But overall, a beautiful, clean home:)

Heart Surgery

This home is a luxurious family home. Comfortable beds, great gathering spaces, main floor bedroom and main floor bath. This property was exactly what my family needed the day before my father in law was to undergo heart valve replacement. Could spend the night before all together gathered as a family to pray and support my FIL. It would have been a 100% review if the home was just a bit closer to Foothills, but other than that…terrific luxury home, terrific property manager and terrific VRBO agent. 5 star +++++
