Wonderful stay just outside downtown Ubud
The villa was a perfect place for us to relax without the hassle and crowds of downtown Ubud. The house was clean, ready for our arrival, and met all of our needs while we visited Bali. The communication was excellent with Ms. Tia, and they checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. We took advantage of the pool (which was so refreshing), and we relaxed inside at night in the living space on the couches. We ordered food and did not cook, however there were a few pans available if we chose to do so. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and stained from the online pictures, but the place did look exactly like the photos, so we were very pleased. In fact, the plants around the villa have grown a lot since the photos, which was terrific in adding more privacy and shade to the outdoor area. Each morning and night we looked for our resident gecko to see if he would be around to visit with us (a beautiful three-legged brown one), and there were lots of cute small ones kept us company while we lounged by the pool. Loved it! We would easily stay here again if we return to Ubud!
