Important things to note-House Rules:

-Must Be 25 years or older to book

-Rental Agreement and Drivers License Required after booking

-No smoking, no pets, or no parties

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-At departure turn heat to 60 degrees in cold months, or A/C to 75 degrees in warmer months.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-if you have time and are willing, to start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. This is not required.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.
