Lighthouse 1807 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 18th floor with Gulf-front views. Located less than a mile east of The Hangout in Gulf Shores, the Lighthouse is convenient to all area attractions.
Unit amenities:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom
• Vinyl plank flooring and tile are throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen; dining area seats four, plus two barstools for additional seating
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features a double vanity and a jetted tub
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Bunk room, perfect for small children (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed; parking passes available at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash not accepted)
**This property is located within an HOA community with specific guidelines regarding animals. Guests traveling with service or support animals are strongly encouraged to contact the HOA in advance to review any applicable community procedures and ensure a smooth arrival at LighthouseCOA@gmail.com.
This property is designated as a 'No Smoking' property, including the unit’s balcony. A designated smoking area is available away from any indoor/outdoor common areas.
