And we keep a full tank in the garage as a backup. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered by the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local store and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

Landscapers care for the yard and clean up every two weeks. An electric leaf blower is also provided for occasional falling leaves.

House Rules:
No smoking of anything, anywhere inside or outside the home.
No smoking or candles on outdoor furniture or on the putting green.
No pets. Pets of any size or kind are not allowed at this property.
No parties or events without permission.
No photo, video or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
Confetti and glitter are not allowed.
Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. No flushable wet wipes or feminine products please. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge for the cost of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.
Renters acknowledge that they use the property at their own risk. Owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

Pool Details/Rules:
If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, we charge an extra $75 per night, with a minimum of 3 days. Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival to allow proper time to heat it.
During the winter months we use a pool cover to keep in heat and conserve energy. The pool cover is easy to operate, but we ask that you use it with care.
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Absolutely no diving is allowed.
Small amounts of dirt and debris may blow into the pool from time to time. Arizona can be dusty. We do our best to keep the pool clean.
Professional pool maintenance conducted weekly on Friday or Saturday.
Minors must be always supervised.
***Warning*** The pool at our property has a deep end (8ft) and does not have a safety barrier making it unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers. Doors to the backyard all have locks that are out of reach for kids to control access.
No glass dishes are allowed outside around the pool area. Plastic options are provided for outdoor use.
We ask that you do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so can result in pool system damage and will result in a $250 fine. The pool cleaner and hose can be tied up on the side of the pool to be out of the way temporarily.
The pool pump and heater are completely remote controlled. Tampering with the controls or the system in any way is not allowed and will result in a $250 fine.

Pools and/or spas pose a risk to all Guests and their family and friends. Risks can include but not be limited to bodily injury including permanent disability, paralysis, and even death.
These risks may result from circumstances such as the misuse of the pool and/or spa by yourself or others, or the unavailability of emergency medical care. Guest(s) acknowledge and understand that use of the pool and/or spa is at their own risk.
Guest(s) assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all Guest(s) when using, congregating around or walking near the pool and/or spa.
GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA.
