Excellent

Traveling with extended family can be tricky, but this property made it effortless. The two bedrooms gave us comfort and flexibility, while the surroundings offered something for every age. From quiet mornings by the bay to afternoons at the beach, it was a place where everyone found their own rhythm. We left feeling closer and grateful for the experience.

Amazing view

We enjoyed everything about our stay, from the initial start to finish. We loved watching the boats go by our condo window at any time of day. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of nice cookware and dishware. The pool was excellent and the beach was fabulous, a lot of walking ,but we are fit. The gym was small but sufficient. The check in process and the payment was simple and seamless . I would love to go back.

Perfect location; good service.

Pros: The location of this unit could not be better! We enjoyed the waterfront views. The unit is well equipped with all the required utensils and supplies. We were using the beach towels, the umbrellas, the wagon, etc. I even used the fishing rod from the garage! Cons: the unit needs some updates and maintenance. The engineering flooring in the living room is deteriorating. The stairs to the second floor are rotten and are "moving" while someone is stepping onto them. There is a "slow drain" in the sinks, located in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a very nice vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful condo. Exceptional view and grounds.

We had a great time. The condo we have stayed in many times before. We just enjoy everything about it. We also were impressed with how the property management company stayed in touch and was quick to respond. It was also really nice to have had ability to add to our stay with early check in. We certainly will return. Only improvement suggested would be timing of pool closure. Perhaps property maintenance was off during the weekend. The impending storm from Debby started on Saturday early evening. The chairs around the pool were put away on Friday early afternoon. There was a day and a half of not being able to use the pool without any wind or cause for concern with water nor furniture blowing. It also had passed Monday morning. Pool furniture wasn’t returned until Wednesday without issue in several days from wind nor rain. That was unfortunate especially with condition of Gulf water, the pool would have been certainly used. Thank you for asking and we look forward to next time!

Excellent

We loved our stay here. The condo was comfortable and well kept, but what truly made it special was the view of the intercoastal waterway. Watching boats pass by and seeing the water change with the light throughout the day was so relaxing. It gave the whole trip a peaceful atmosphere and made evenings on the lanai unforgettable. The host was very responsive, and the resort staff at the office were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
