A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire upon request. Elevator access to the apartment and basement. The garage car park height limit is 2.2m.

The Aire is conveniently located in Newcastle East, directly across from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is just a 200m walk onto Newcastle Beach, and 650m to Newcastle Ocean Baths (currently under renovation). It is 1.2km to Nobby’s Beach, 800m to King Edward Park & the Bogey Hole, and 1.2km to Newcastle Memorial Walk. The Aire is a 30-minute drive from Newcastle Airport, 400m from Newcastle Beach Light Rail stop. The Queens Wharf Ferry stop is just a 750m walk from the apartment.

Important note about this property:
There is remediation work occurring at this property currently. There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays.
Scaffolding is set to be erected from 29 April 2024, taking 4 weeks to be built, and will be in place on the front of this building, covered in sheer mesh, until approximately August 2024. The view may be impacted during this period.
