With 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up and unwind.

Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 4 vehicles. The neighborhood does not allow street parking, trailer parking along the road or blocking other driveways, and fines will be imposed for non compliance. STR license #022134

Very nice accommodations all around. The kitchen was well stocked. They even had a waffle maker, 7 qt crock pot, stand mixer, tupperware, and plentiful pots. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the heated garage with boot dryers and ski rack. View of the resort is unbeatable. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Property and Views

The Lakota Reserve Villas are all in a wonderful location overlooking the Winter Park ski hill with views to the South and the North Frasier Valley both. Villa 502 is probably one of the nicest properties in which I have stayed in my many years of visiting Winter Park and Summit County. Our group loved the open living and dining/kitchen space and had a great time playing shuffleboard. The windows and views from the living room and deck were amazing! The rooms and bathrooms were luxurious, and the hot tub a delightful retreat at the end of every ski day. I highly recommend this property as it is beautiful, well-equipped, and convenient to everything Winter Park!

Very nice, clean, new construction home with great views and amenities. Highly recommend for a family ski vacation. Owner should enable the elevator, we had out of town guests with us not acclimated to the altitude and they struggled with the 3 flights of stairs and carrying items to the 3rd floor main living area.

Fantastic Rental!

We loved our stay at Lakota 502! The kitchen was fabulously well stocked with everything we needed to whip up dinners and the living room very comfy. While there are stairs (1 flight to the bedrooms and 2 flights to the kitchen upon entering the garage level), it was manageable. We appreciate the speediness in responding to a maintenance call as one of the ceiling fans was not working properly and they were out within hours of making the call. My only suggestion is to add mattress pads for the beds to help with comfort level.

Great house. Our daughter got married at Lunch Rock and this was our family base of operations. It is well appointed with a lovely well stocked kitchen. It has beautiful views and while we’re too busy with weekend events to use the very private hot tub, it was a great feature to have. The only drawback was being unable to use the elevator. The house is very vertical and it would have been handy to eliminate many flights of stairs with all the items we needed to schlep up to the wedding. The living areas are on the third floor and many trips up and down can be quite wearing. There are 4 parking spots and no street parking. This is unlikely to be an issue for a normal stay but with vendors, wedding party and our family needing to come in and out frequently, my husband often felt like a valet. In any case, I would highly recommend the property!

Beautiful townhome with amazing views and proximity to Winter Park resort. The house was very clean, new furniture, plenty of cookware included. Hot tub and sledding hill were fantastic. With the layout of the home, and kitchen on the top floor--zero access to the elevator, was a major inconvenience throughout our stay. Especially on arrival and departure days.

Lovely townhome!

These newly built townhomes are gorgeous and quite large. Be prepared to get your steps in going up the stairs! Convenient to the base but you do have to drive to base or mess with the shuttle. Absolutely beautiful views and loved the shuffleboard and games. Boot dryers in the garage and sleds for the kids a nice touch. We cooked in because we did not want to leave the house. Construction was going on in the neighborhood and will for quite some time but did not bother us just noisy during weekdays.

Just Book It!

This house was incredible. We came up for my birthday and were husband/wife + 2 kids + my sister. The views from the main room are nothing short of amazing. Morning coffee was so cozy. My husband wasn't skiing so he'd drop us across the way for a quick walk over the bridge to the gondola. If everyone was skiing, there is a shuttle pickup down the street that drops at the gondola. We typically stay in close proximity to the gondola but wanted a little more space. This house would easily be great for two couples and kids that are ok sharing a bunk room. Both king rooms are spacious and comfortable. Floors are heated, kitchen is huge with everything you could ask for. Hot tub was great after a long day on the mountain. We are absolutely going to return! If you are on the fence, just book. You don't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakota Reserve 502. There was plenty of space for our group of 5. Upon arrival the townhome was clean and warm. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles. The townhome has amazing views of the Winter Park slopes. It's less than a 5 min drive to the North Lot, which has a 30 min drop off lot for getting kids to ski school. The kitchen is stocked with cookware. I'd recommend swapping out the crockpot for an instant pot, as the crockpot can't regulate its temperature! The beds were comfortable, but the king rooms need darker shades! The light from neighboring units and the resort shine right through the thin shade. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There are also larger (beach like)towels by the back door for the hot tub. The heated garage made coming and going easy. There are boot dryers in the garage as well. We would definitely stay here again!

It didn't feel good to wake up in my own bed when I got home…

I miss the bed, the pillows, the VIEW. I couldn't bring myself to close the (lovely) blinds so I naturally woke up early every day… and then I laid there just soaking it in. Heated bathroom floors were dreamy and the showers were very nice! Shuffleboard was almost a nice touch but the table seemed warped, so it wasn't as fun to play as usual. The hot tub has a sunset view, which is amazing. Warning, you will walk A LOT of stairs. We drove to the ski resort daily, the shuttle system didn't seem quite as handy as advertised, we saw people waiting a long time- but it was so close that people didn't mind doing drop-off and pickups. The only xplorie perk we used was a daily demo for one of our guests (which they said was smooth and easy), but it looked like they offered a lot of awesome stuff. We travel out west several times a year & usually like to try new mountains and places, but we'll definitely work to get back to this one ASAP.
