The facilities were nice and accommodating; I truly wish we had more time to enjoy all the perks of the resort. The family enjoyed the stay, and everything was nice, clean, and well put together. Wonderful resort

We recently stayed at Reunion Resort in the Center Court Ridge Villas. We were very impressed with the villa itself, the grounds, amenities, and the staff. The Villa was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We took advantage of checking out all the pools and enjoyed them all as well as the on site water park. They had transportation that would take you anywhere on the resort which was a plus. Each staff we encountered were all friendly and while this may seem like a little thing, we really appreciated the on site trash pick-up. We could just set it outside our door and call and it would be gone very quickly! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

Feedback on rental property

I would highly recommend Reunion Resort. The grounds were impeccablely maintained. The service in the restaurants and throughout the resort was excellent. The unit we rented was clean and well decorated. I would give your resort a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating. Ready to return.

Overload

Water park overly crowded! Water dirty. Overall dirty and unkempt. Unit we rented was barely stock with basics one small laundry one small dish soap one extra garbage bag. Having paid all kinds of fees for the rental. It would have been appropriate to have enough supplies to last for the 4 days we paid for. This was our third time at reunion and will not be going back. Also no one ever answered front desk telephone. Hard to get assistance when needed. Disgusting hair in food in the tradition restaurant. Not a high end resort

Great!

Condo was great, clean and quite nice furnishing. Very spacious, Internet speed fantastic. We had some difficulties with Air conditioner initially which was swiftly resolved - I do believe this may have been us not being aware of how to use the humidity scale. Appliances also top notch. Unfortunately there was a good bit of noise at times from children running around/screaming upstairs, and another night with people drinking outside on the lower level middle apartment. The group of men drinking did quiet down when I called down to them and asked them to reduce the volume and they were apologetic. It's unfortunate that the noise travels so easily between inside and outside, as well as upper level. Id place this stay between a good to great, I've stayed at reunion about 3 times in the past with family (Houses and condo). Though this would be my first time experiencing some irritating noise. Had noise not been a factor I would rate it as outstanding. Though I'm somewhat wary of future stays in a busier season with more noise potential in the condos based on this stay.
