We had a wonderful time, but there were a few issues. The oven was very dirty when we got there. I can send video of it. We did clean it. The hot tub was also pretty dirty and took a while to warm up. We did what we could to fish stuff out if it. Also the shampoo dispenser in the master bath did not disperse shampoo. Everything else was very nice.

Great stay

We look forward to coming back to this property next year. Enjoyed the space available - 2 of our party worked from “home” while the others enjoyed the slopes. Good internet connection. Loved the boot dryer. Nicely appointed, comfy beds. Location enabled skiers easy access to surrounding areas easily. Enjoyed the hot tub.

We liked the layout of the home. Plenty of space for everyone, party of 6. Enjoyed the hot tub. Easy check in and out. We had some trouble with roku remotes, and having enough towels. The host was able to help troubleshoot to solve the problems.

Can't wait to stay AGAIN!!!

So spacious. VERY CLEAN. The hot tub was clean and spa towels were provided for hot tub use. The kitchen was stocked so well and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place. The basement was fun to play ping pong in too!!! The garage had boot dries and places to hang out skis. It was the perfect ski house and great location to the slopes and restaurants.

Home Away From Home

We loved this location. It was a super convenient location for where we needed to be. Everything was clean and ready for us to use. There were a few maintenance things that are easily fixable, but, that did not affect our stay at all. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will probably book this location again in the future!

We came for spring break and had a great time. The house was very roomy and accommodated everyone well. The house manager was promt and tried to help any way possible. Totally recommend!!!

House in general was in good shape. Location is not immediately adjacent to really anything but easy enough to get to. Really good amount of space in the house. Hot tub and ping pong table were great. Shower in bathroom didn’t work at all, property manager was already aware but we weren’t able to get to resolution during our stay. No hot water in kitchen.

Second visit

This my second time at this property. Clean house and good location but a few maintenance issues. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced and would be great if it was heated prior to arrival. All of the tv remotes are very finicky and need to be replaced. Newer home with nice layout though.

An "okay" experience

When I checked in, the house wasn't cleaned yet. The cleaners told me to come back in an hour. So me and my family left. We came back and everything was cleaned. Other than that it was a good stay. Good neighborhood. Close driving distance to stores and activities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The entire space felt fresh and spotless, and the hot tub was immaculate, crystal-clear water, no weird smells, and clearly well cared for. It made for the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing.The host was fantastic. He was super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Communication was easy, and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.The location was also a huge plus. It was 40 minutes to at least 4 mountains, less than 10 minutes to restaurants and breweries, with easy access to the airport.Overall, this place was great value for money. Between the cleanliness, the amenities, and the host’s hospitality, it really exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hustle free getaway.

Large comfortable home with a great central location.

We spent Thanksgiving week here with our family of 6. Between the main level living room, upstairs loft, and basement ping pong table there is plenty of room to spread out and have fun. But, we spent a lot of time relaxing together in the hot tub (room for 6+). Comfortable beds, 3.5 baths, and being able to use the garage all helped make for a great stay. Large smart TV's are in the living room, loft, and primary bedroom for at-home entertainment. But, the Cinemark movie theater and Pie Pizzeria are just a few minutes away. Downtown SLC to the north and Murray Fashion Place mall to the south are only about 15 minutes from the house.

Lacking some basic items

Good place to stay for large group, but the kitchen was lacking good pans, there were no large knives, no extra trash bags, and no washcloths for the master bathroom. We needed to use the sofa bed and there were no linens made available. Also the hot tub smelled bad.

Great house

I will be traveling a lot to salt lake and am looking for a home away from home. This property was perfect in a lot of ways and pretty well maintained but unfortunately there were a few issues and although the management company said the owner would come by to address the issues no one ever did despite several calls and messages. No response to an early check-in request, hot tub needed cleaning, tv wouldn’t connect to wi-fi, and a smoke detector behind a locked door beeped for the entire stay. If the communication and responsiveness improved this would be a hook again property!.

Good location, problematic visit.

The property manager was communicative at first, but as the visit went on, slowly lost cadence. Multiple furnishings were broken on move-in, and the fridge was leaking. Major things taken care-of before move--in, but a bad first impression regardless. No extra pillows/blankets/towels, and ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Previous guests left a lot of miscellaneous objects that didn't get found by cleaning staff. Outdoor garbage is a heaping mess. No functioning smoke detectors. Ski gear storage/organization in the garage was good.
