The stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer—perfect for easy meal prep. You'll also find pantry staples stocked and ready for your culinary adventures.

Upstairs, the loft provides a cosy reader's nook with comfortable seating and a library, along with a dedicated workspace to focus or unwind. The apartment is climate-controlled with two split-system units and ceiling fans to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

One of the highlights of this property is the shared rooftop area, offering world-class views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This vibrant space is perfect for socialising, featuring seating, dining tables, and a BBQ—ideal for alfresco dinners while soaking in the breathtaking skyline, though please note it cannot be booked exclusively for Christmas Day or New Year's Eve.

Both bedrooms have been upgraded for your comfort—the primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space, offering a serene retreat. The second ensuite, which doubles as the main bathroom, features a unique two-way access design and a circular spa bath, allowing you to relax while soaking in the city views.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and drying rack, and for those bringing a vehicle, there is street parking available as well as off-street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the shared rooftop. Please note onsite laneway parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis and not guaranteed. Passes for street parking can also be provided. Please make yourselves at home!

Potts Point is a diverse inner city suburb that thrives on good food and coffee, where everything you need is just a few minutes' walk away — supermarkets, restaurants, bars and parks. The walk to the city centre takes 20-minutes, but you might choose to wander through the Royal Botanic Gardens to the Opera House and then walk across the Harbour Bridge to see Sydney at its best. There is also a bus stop and train station nearby.

Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.
