Welcome to our 3 bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen), 3.5 bathroom home with private pool in the family-oriented gated community of Gold Coast!

Outdoors, our spacious backyard with private pool, BBQ, lounging and dining areas, make this the perfect place for families and groups to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Inside our home, you'll find a spacious, open-concept, modern interior, with all the amenities to make you feel right at home.

The property was absolutely incredible! The listing and photos were spot-on, but honestly, it’s even better in person. The location is fantastic and it’s gated, beautifully maintained grounds, and just a 4-minute drive to everything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again! Our property manager, Silvia, was wonderful and incredibly responsive. She even provided a detailed rundown of must-visit spots, the nearest shopping center, and the best beaches. An all-around incredible experience!

Relaxing getaway

Fantastic property that delivered just like the listing. Great location easy to drive anywhere on the island and to any adventure you want.The property itself was amazing for myself and two young adults. We could cook our meals, relax and enjoy the island. We had everything we could possibly need in the house and more!

Great stay

This is really a 4.5 stars experience but not allowed to give 1/2 stars. The 1/2 star deduction was because of an issue with a leaking sink in one of the bathrooms and repair took longer than than stated. House is exactly as described. Nice pool and very clean. Check in and check out went fine. Property is in gated community and felt very safe. Would absolutely stay here again! One note for near future renters- There is construction happening on the building across the street from the house and the noise can be very distracting when trying to relax by the pool. I would imagine it will wrap up in the next few months.

Great Space for Families

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described. Ample space for our family of 6, between the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area was awesome! The kids loved it. We appreciated the tons of pool and beach supplies (pool noodles, floaties, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). The chairs were great quality and came in handy when we ventured out to the beach. Location was amazing. We were in a safe community and close to all, including Tres Trapi which was a gem! Everything was very clean and santitation/pool maintenance came as expected. Check-in and check-out process went very smooth. The host allowed us to stay a bit past check-out due to the timing of our flight - greatly appreciated! When we checked in, our host met us at the property and gave me a ton of great and valuable information about the island which was amazing! Only thing that wasn’t ideal was the host came at a later time during the day, to inform us on the house, after we checked in and was in the pool. I was a bit under the weather that day as well, so after a long day of traveling and trying to unwind, although the guidance provided was great, it slightly interrupted our relaxation that day. But our host was super communicative and answered any questions we had throughout our stay, along with great recommendations! Overall, we would definitely come back! Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent Property, Excellent Experience!!

Property was everything they promised and more! 5 minutes from the beach, restaurant on the Gold Coast property was WONDERFUL!! Owner made beach items available and very thoughtful.. From beginning to end it was a perfect week!! Silvia was outstanding and so helpful with local information and suggestions. Truly an Outstanding Experience. She made excellent suggestions and was available if we had questions. Totally would recommend this property for a lovely vacation. Hope to return soon!! Thanks to all for a great experience!!

Amazing Property

This place was absolutely amazing! The host thought of every detail possible. Loved having all the Beach gear and pool items. Close to all the strips for food and entertainment! Snorkeling is within walking distance (about a mile) where we saw sea turtles. We will be back for sure!!!

Birthday Celebration

Our hostess Silvia was professional and amazing! The pictures were accurate with how the house and rooms were. Enjoyed the home and the amenities that came with the stay! The club house pool and restaurant was a plus! The neighborhood was in a great location and close to the main strip! Will book again!

Just Beautiful

We arrived and Silva was so pleasnt and informative! The house was just beautiful!! Pool was clean bed were so comfortable! We have our son(20) and our daughter and her boyfriend (24&27) we LOVED that everyone had their own room with a full bathroom!!! We highly recommend this place!!! Thank you! ❤️
