Beautiful Moonridge home nestled in the pines and birches. Featuring vaulted wood ceilings, AC and rustic Big Bear charm throughout the cabin. Spacious, open floor plan perfect for hosting family and friends. Nearby the Alpine Zoo, great hiking trails, and local eatery. Conveniently located between both ski resorts. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, seating area, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Downstairs fourth bedroom (separate from the house with private access and kitchenette with fridge and microwave) has a queen bed, futon, fireplace, smart TV, and bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 5-burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and Pac-Man arcade game. Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near one of the cozy fireplaces.

OUTDOORS - Spacious upper front deck with picnic table, umbrella, patio chairs, and gas barbecue. Lower back deck with a second picnic table.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Beautiful cabin! We enjoyed our stay and had zero issues. The kids loved the game room. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

It was a good trip. The communication was great. The location is our favorite to stay in every year. I do believe the cabin needs a deep clean and 10 towels for 11 ppl for 3 nights was not enough but the host brought us 5 more the next day. (Yah i kniw still not enough) Definitely overpriced for the cabin nightly. If it was updated and scrubbed a bit maybe But this management company was so much better than big bear destinations.That place really sucks.So I definitely will rent from the management company again

Great Cabin

This cabin was clean and well stocked. It had all the kitchen supplies that we needed and a great game room. It did not have a washer and dryer, which wasn't a problem for my family but may be for others. Great experience overall!

Very spacious and accommodating

This was our family of 8 first time visiting big bear 2 adults and 6 kids the 4 bed 3 bath was open comfy and modern ! We rented a smaller cabin the day prior but upgraded to this one as it didn't have air so this was a much better selection. Modern appliances and great views , there were a few spiders and lizards but overall my family enjoyed the stay! Clean and cozy for sure !

4 - Satisfactory

We had a great time staying in the Cozy Bear Chateau. The game room was fun and a hit. The home is a perfect size for 3-4 families. The bunk beds were perfect for the children. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the home. I think the home needs a deep cleaning and exterminator. We did find vermin feces on the floor on arrival and every morning during the stay. We also tried using the vacuum on the site and it didn't work well. There were brooms but no dust pan. Although I shouldn't need to clean the home on arrival, it would have been nice to have working supplies.
