VILLA UCHI



Villa Uchi sits within Golf Villas V Phase at Casa de Campo Resort, directly on the 11th fairway of The Links golf course. The address is south of Av. Central, placing guests well inside the resort grounds — Minitas Beach Club is one mile away, and Teeth of the Dog, ranked the #1 golf course in the Caribbean by the World Golf Awards, is 0.9 miles from the front door.



The great room runs the full width of the villa beneath a vaulted ceiling of white-painted exposed wooden beams. Full-height wooden-framed glass doors fold away on two sides, leaving the interior fully open to the covered terrace and garden with no threshold between them. White sofas with teal and coral cushions face a large coastal oil painting; the dining area seats eight at a solid wooden table beneath a ceiling fan. The kitchen runs alongside in white cabinetry with dark stone countertops and a professional stainless steel range — it opens directly onto the pool terrace through its own set of full-height glass doors.



The primary bedroom is preceded by its own private sitting room — a daylit space with a white sofa, teal cushions, and botanical prints that sits between the main villa and the bedroom itself. The bedroom has a coral woven headboard, a wooden chest at the foot of the bed, and a vaulted beamed ceiling; the en-suite has a double travertine vanity with two square vessel sinks. The second bedroom has a navy blue tufted upholstered headboard and a blue-teal patterned bedspread beneath vaulted beams. The third bedroom has a botanical-print bedspread in coral, green, and orange with a wooden headboard and wall-mounted TV. A housekeeper and cook are included with every stay.



The walled garden centers on a rectangular pool with turquoise mosaic tile and a travertine coping and surround. Dark wicker sun loungers and a large white market umbrella sit along the pool deck alongside an outdoor dining table and chairs. A covered terrace with rattan lounge chairs and ceiling fan connects the interior to the pool. The garden opens directly onto the 11th fairway of The Links — views from both the terrace and the outdoor dining table extend across the course.



Teeth of the Dog and The Links are both within a mile. The Racquet Center is 0.8 miles, and Minitas Beach Club, the Equestrian Center, and the Shooting Center are all a short ride away. Villa Uchi works particularly well for a golf-focused group where different travelers need different things: the cook handles the household, the Links frontage puts golfers steps from play, and the primary bedroom's private sitting room gives couples sharing the villa with others a retreat of their own.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

- Guests may not assign, sublet, or allow additional persons to stay at the property without prior written permission.

- House parties and illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.



SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: The rental rate does not include the following services and amenities: Food and beverages, Airport transfers, Rental cars, Golf carts, Baby gear, etc. All of these services and more can, however, be arranged upon request at an additional cost through our concierge department.
