The open-concept kitchen is a marvel, with a stunning 60mm island, refined 20mm stone countertops, double oven/grill, and ample storage. A butler's pantry and walk-in pantry elevate the culinary experience.
The kitchen flows to the family and dining area, extending to the covered alfresco space with polished decking, ceiling fans, and integrated BBQ station (gas refill not included). The laundry features a spacious countertop, walk-in linen storage, and external access. The study exudes refinement with exquisite decor and wooden blinds.
