Welcome to our expansive 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in the heart of Tumon. Boasting a spacious 1400 sq ft, our property is designed with an open living area that perfectly accommodates cooking, dining, and relaxation.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need, including a dishwasher, enabling you to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also available in the condo, ensuring your laundry needs are conveniently met.

While our Tumon Isa location places you within walking distance of numerous activities and attractions in Tumon, we strongly recommend considering a car rental for the duration of your stay. 2, Please note that we are not a full-service hotel. Bedding and towels will be deep-cleaned before your stay, but not during. If you require a change of bedding and towels, a cleaning fee will be charged for each instance.
3, We maintain regular pest control services to ensure a bug-free environment throughout the property. However, please be aware that, as a beachfront property, ants may occasionally be present.
